2 THOUGHTS FROM ME
1. I find it interesting that the same eight letters are in the words ‘reacting’ and ‘creating’. I don’t like myself as much when I am reacting to all the things that come into my life. It just feels like I am not in control of my own life. I have learned to be intentional about slowing myself down and asking myself every morning ‘What do I want to create today?’ And when things are not going great, rather than complaining, I ask myself the same thing ‘What do I want to create?’
2. I notice that when I am reacting, I am usually not happy with the result, but when I am creating and moving and doing, life is exciting.
